Raw Chemical Materials

Halogen-free flame retardant. Easily soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol, ethyl ether, benzene

TCPP is used as a combustible material because it contains phosphorus and chlorine in its structure. It also has an emollient effect.

Apolar is an aprotic solvent. Miscible with water and many organic solvents. Slight ammonia odor and low volatility.

Methylene Chloride

Methylene chloride (or DCM, dichloromethane) is a synthetic organic compound with the chemical formula CH 2 Cl 2 that does not occur in nature.

Adipic Acid

Adipic acid, the most important dicarboxylic acid from an industrial point of view:

Polyester Polyols

The terminal hydroxyl groups (-OH) produced by the polymerization of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide are semi-finished polymers

Polyther Polyols

The terminal hydroxyl groups (-OH) produced by the polymerization of propylene oxide

Modified MDI

It increases the wear and chemical resistance of the final product and gives flexibility to the product

Aliphatic Isocyanates

Cycloaliphatic isocyanates have lower reactivity than aromatic isocyanates.

Monomeric MDI (Pure MDI)

It forms as solid under 40 °C. It has 2 functionality, NCO content is 33.5%

Polymeric MDI

Contets high functional oligomer and isomers. Average functionality is 2,7, NCO content is 30,5–31,5%

TDI 80 / 20

TDI 80/20 is a reactive aromatic isocyanate and is a mixture of 80% 2,4-toluene diisocyanate and 20% 2,6-toluene diisocyanate isomers.

MEG is less volatile and 50% more hygroscopic than glycerin at room temperature. It has moisturizing power.

It is a straight-chain compound that both ends with the hydroxyl group Completely soluble in water.

Propylene Glycol

It is a very small molecule composed of 3 carbon atoms, 2 oxygen atoms and 8 hydrogen atoms

Soluble in water, alcohols, ketons and esthers. Biodegradable and high boiling point.

Jeffamine D2000-T5000
