Short Description

Polyurethane systems used in protective work boots with high hydrolysis, high abrasion resistance, anti-static and anti-microbial properties come in two different product groups: single density and double density.

 
 

 

 

Single Density:

  • Mix proportion: ISO/POLI 0.93±1,12
  • Creaming time: sec. 6,5±0,5
  • Non-sticking time: sec. 30-36
  • Mould open time: min. 02:45-4:00
  • Hardness: ShA 50-60
  • Free rise density: kg/m3 235-260
  • Mould density: 450-550

Double Density – Midsole:

  • Mix proportion: ISO/POLI 0,92±0,02
  • Creaming time: sec. 6,5±0,5
  • Non-sticking time: sec.
  • Mould open time: min. 03:30-04:30
  • Hardness: ShA 45±2
  • Free rise density: kg/m3 380-450
  • Mould density:

Double Density – Outsole:

  • Mix proportion: ISO/POLI 0.51±0,02
  • Creaming time: sec. 6,5±0,5
  • Non-sticking time: sec.
  • Mould open time: min. 01:15-01:30
  • Hardness: ShA 65±2
  • Free rise density: kg/m3 1.0-1.1
  • Mould density:

Single Density:

  • Tensile strength: % > 500
  • Kopma anındaki mukavemet: MPa > 10

Double Density – Midsole:

  • Tensile strength: % > 400
  • Strength at break: MPa > 4,5

Double Density – Outsole:
